Hello, my name is Jack Zhang! I am a junior at Ridgewood High School. I joined Care Compass because I believe that healthcare should be universally accessible. As the child of immigrants, I see firsthand difficulties in using English as a second language. Throughout my life, I have recognized the barriers immigrants face when seeking medical care in the US—miscommunication, lengthy forms, untransparent providers—and want to help people better navigate this complex and broken system.
